ph774 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms apply throughout this document and all related ph774 policies:

• "ph774" or "the Platform" refers to ph774.club, its associated sub-domains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and all gaming and betting products made available thereunder.
• "We," "Us," or "the Operator" refers to the legal entity operating ph774 under PAGCOR regulatory authority.
• "You" or "the Player" refers to any natural person who accesses, registers on, or uses the ph774 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration, through which the Player accesses all ph774 services.

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required of all ph774 Players under PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for licensing and regulating all lawful gambling activities in the Philippines.
• "GCash" refers to the electronic wallet service operated by Mynt — Globe Fintech Innovations, Inc., used as a primary payment method on the ph774 platform.
• "Prohibited Conduct" refers to activities expressly forbidden under Section 8 of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, and underage gambling.

By accessing ph774.club, creating an Account, logging into an existing Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any service provided by the ph774 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ph774 platform and close your Account. Continued use of the platform following any posted update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms and Conditions are supplemented by the ph774 Privacy Policy and the ph774 Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the legal framework governing your use of ph774. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary policy document, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise explicitly stated.

ph774 services are available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which the Account remains active:

ph774 employs identity verification technology and document review processes to confirm Player eligibility at registration and may request updated verification at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation upon request constitutes grounds for Account restriction or closure.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the ph774 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities as applicable.

• Registering or attempting to register if you are under 21 years of age, or providing false information regarding your age;
• Opening or maintaining more than one Account on the ph774 platform;
• Using software, bots, artificial intelligence, scripts, or any automated system to interact with ph774 games or the sportsbook;
• Colluding with other Players to influence game or betting outcomes;
• Using ph774 for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in ph774 systems to gain unfair advantage; any winnings obtained through exploitation of bugs will be voided;
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute legitimate deposits or settled wagers with your payment provider in bad faith;
• Using another person's payment method to deposit funds to your ph774 Account without the explicit authorisation of the payment method owner;
• Accessing ph774 from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by law and where you have misrepresented your location to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ph774 staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

ph774 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period of request;
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute filed by the Player against a legitimate transaction;
• Identification of the Account as a duplicate;
• Regulatory directive or order from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority;
• Any other circumstance where ph774 determines, in good faith, that continued Account operation poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the rights of other Players.

Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, ph774 reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where no breach is found, the confirmed Balance will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method. Where breach is confirmed, ph774 may forfeit the Balance in accordance with PAGCOR regulatory guidelines.

A Player may voluntarily close their ph774 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any confirmed Balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after completion of outstanding KYC verification where applicable.

ph774 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. ph774 recognises that while the majority of its Players engage with the platform for entertainment purposes, a minority may develop problematic gambling behaviour, and the platform has a legal and ethical obligation to provide tools and support to address this.

All content appearing on the ph774 platform — including but not limited to the ph774 brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, audio, and video — is the intellectual property of ph774 or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph774 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit: copying, reproducing, republishing, uploading, posting, transmitting, or distributing any ph774 content; reverse engineering or decompiling any ph774 software; creating derivative works based on ph774 content; or using ph774 trademarks or branding without prior written consent from the Operator.

Any unauthorised use of ph774 intellectual property may result in Account termination and may expose the offending party to civil and criminal liability under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines and related legislation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph774's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with their use of the ph774 platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the value of the Player's Account Balance at the time the relevant claim arises.

ph774 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits or anticipated savings; loss of data or opportunity; reputational damage; or any other economic loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the ph774 platform.

ph774 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. ph774 will take all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service given the inherent nature of internet-based services and dependence on third-party infrastructure providers, including Philippine telecommunications carriers.

Nothing in these Terms limits ph774's liability for: death or personal injury caused by ph774's negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

ph774 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Players in connection with Account registration, KYC verification, payment processing, and platform use. The collection and use of personal data is governed by the ph774 Privacy Policy, which forms part of the legal framework governing your use of the platform and should be read alongside these Terms.

ph774 processes personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and its implementing rules. Players retain rights of access, correction, and deletion with respect to their personal data as provided under applicable Philippine data privacy law, subject to ph774's legal retention obligations under PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering requirements.

By registering an Account with ph774, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the sharing of data with third-party KYC verification providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities where required by law or PAGCOR regulation.

These Terms and Conditions and the entire legal relationship between ph774 and its Players shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the use of the ph774 platform, shall be resolved as follows:

• First: The Player must raise the dispute with ph774 customer support in the first instance, providing full details of the issue. ph774 will acknowledge all formal complaints within two (2) business days and aim to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days;
• Second: If the Player is not satisfied with ph774's resolution, the dispute may be escalated to PAGCOR through its regulatory complaint channels at pagcor.ph;
• Third: Disputes not resolved through the above steps may be referred to the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, with the courts of Pasay City, Metro Manila having non-exclusive jurisdiction for regulatory matters related to PAGCOR-licensed operations.

Players agree that any legal proceedings against ph774 must be initiated within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims filed after this limitation period shall be barred.

ph774 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address registered to their Account not less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where operationally practicable. Non-material clarifications or corrections may be posted without advance notice.

The current version of these Terms is always accessible at ph774.club/terms-conditions, with the effective date displayed at the top of the document. Players are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically. Continued use of the ph774 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

If a Player does not accept any amended Terms, they must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 9 of these Terms. ph774 will process the closure and return any confirmed Balance to the Player's verified payment method.
