Your identity and contact data are used to create and maintain your ph774 account, verify your identity and age (must be 21 or above), authenticate logins, and provide you with full access to ph774's gaming and betting services.

ph774 shares financial data with payment processors — including GCash (Mynt — Globe Fintech Innovations, Inc.), PayMaya, and partner banks including BPI, BDO, and Metrobank — strictly as necessary to process your deposits and withdrawals. These processors are subject to their own data privacy policies and applicable Philippine financial regulations.
ph774's game library is powered by third-party game studios. These providers may receive anonymised session data required to deliver game functionality. Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by ph774. These rights may be exercised by contacting ph774's Data Protection Officer through the details in Section 15.
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data ph774 holds about you and to receive information about how it is being processed. ph774 will respond to access requests within 30 days.
You have the right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data. Minor corrections (email, mobile number) can be made directly in your account settings; material corrections are processed through the DPO.
You may request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose collected. This right is subject to ph774's legal retention obligations under PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
You may object to the processing of your personal data on the basis of legitimate interests, including profiling. You may also withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
You may request a machine-readable copy of the personal data you have provided to ph774, to the extent technically feasible, for transfer to another data controller of your choice.
If you believe ph774 has mishandled your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines. Contact details are available at privacy.gov.ph.
To exercise any of the above rights, contact ph774's Data Protection Officer using the details in Section 15. ph774 will respond to all data subject requests within 30 calendar days of receipt. In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further 30 days with notice to you. ph774 does not charge a fee for processing reasonable requests.
Section 10
ph774 is strictly prohibited from being used by any person under 21 years of age, as required by Philippine law governing gambling activities and PAGCOR regulations. ph774 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
If ph774 determines that a registered account belongs to a person under 21 years of age, or that an account has been accessed by a minor, the account will be immediately suspended, any balance held therein will be frozen pending regulatory review, and the matter will be referred to PAGCOR. Any personal data collected from an underage individual will be deleted as promptly as is technically feasible once the violation is identified.
If you are a parent or guardian and have reason to believe that a person under 21 in your care has registered a ph774 account or provided personal data to ph774, please contact our Data Protection Officer immediately using the details in Section 15. ph774 will take prompt action to investigate and resolve the matter.
Parental Notice: If you access ph774 on a shared device, please ensure that adequate parental controls are in place to prevent access by persons under 21 years of age. Account credentials must be kept private and must not be shared with or accessible to minors in your household.
Section 11
As an online platform, ph774 may engage service providers — including cloud infrastructure providers, game software studios, and KYC verification services — whose servers are located outside the Philippines. Where such transfers occur, ph774 ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data to the same standard required under the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
Safeguards for cross-border transfers include: contractual data processing agreements incorporating the NPC's standard clauses; engagement only of providers operating in jurisdictions assessed to offer adequate data protection standards; and data minimisation — limiting the data transferred to only what is necessary for the specific service purpose.
ph774 maintains a register of all third-party processors engaged and the safeguards applied to each. A summary of cross-border data transfers is available upon request from ph774's Data Protection Officer.
Section 12
ph774 sends marketing communications — including promotional bonus offers, game launch notifications, and platform updates — only to players who have provided explicit consent to receive such communications at the time of registration or subsequently through their account settings.
Marketing communications are delivered via the registered email address or Philippine mobile number (Globe/Smart/DITO) associated with your ph774 account. ph774 does not use social media advertising that targets you based on your ph774 gaming data.
You may withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time by: (a) adjusting your notification preferences in your ph774 account settings; (b) clicking the unsubscribe link in any ph774 marketing email; or (c) contacting ph774 customer support directly. Opt-out requests are processed within 5 business days. Transactional communications — such as deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, KYC updates, and security alerts — are not marketing communications and will continue to be sent regardless of your marketing preferences.
Section 13
The ph774 platform does not contain links to third-party websites for advertising or affiliate purposes. Any third-party services integrated into the ph774 platform — such as game providers and payment processors — operate under their own privacy policies, which ph774 has contractually required to be compliant with applicable data protection law.
ph774 is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party entities to which your data is transferred for service delivery purposes. Players are encouraged to review the privacy policies of any third-party payment provider they engage — particularly GCash and PayMaya — as those platforms handle your financial data under their own independent policies.
Section 14
ph774 reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable Philippine law, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, or NPC guidance. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via their registered email address at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
